Within the scope of the central Facility management Services, services offered within SLC include major warehouse leasing, handling services, container storage, Truck Park services, Weighbridge services and bonded warehouse services.
With the completion of the 1st phase construction in Samsun Logistics Center, 45.000m² of leasable storage area became active. 2 container stacker, 2 ton capacity double beam single side gantry crane in the vehicle fleet, 1 30 ton telescopic crane, 1 16 ton forklift, 2 8 ton forklift, 1 5 ton forklift, 1 garbage campus, 2 large road sweeping 1 mini road sweeping machine, 1 fire truck, 1 fully equipped ambulance, 1 passenger vehicle.

Samsun Logistics Center is built on 680,000 m2 and the 225,000 m2 of this area is reserved for warehouse areas. Total closed Warehouse area completed construction is 80,000 m2 and 17,500 m2 of this area is rented to our customers.
Each of our warehouses has a 5 ton cargo elevator with a Sprink system (fire extinguishing) and the floor ceiling height of each one is 13.40 meters and the basement ceiling height is 5.5 meters. We also have 65 rental offices from 26 m2 to 350, 000m2. The M2 of the offices to be rented is determined as 25 TL + VAT.
Our ready-made offices, which have both heating and cooling systems, with generator support and fiber Internet infrastructure, are waiting for you at Samsun Logistics Center. Our offices also include fire system and telephone switchboard system.
